What’s Cheap?

• Most orders of $198 or less receive $10 Flat Rate UPS Ground Shipping.
  *Certain products have a shipping upcharge.

What’s Extra?

Expedited Shipping: exact rate depends on weight and dimensions of products ordered. Please use the shipping calculator at check out for the exact rate.

Return Shipping: Ken Jones Ski Mart DOES NOT pay for return shipping on items you are returning. You may return any return items with any shipping service you may like. You may also bring the item directly to the store for a return.

What’s Different?

• Hawaii & Alaska: Sorry, our free shipping and $10 flat rate shipping do not apply. Please use the shipping calculator at checkout for exact rates.
• P.O. Box & APO Addresses: Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO Addresses requires additional handling on the part of UPS/ FedEX and USPS. We also incur a higher shipping charge on these types of packages. For these reasons we cannot offer free shipping or flat rate shipping to these types of addresses.

International Shipping

Sorry, we do not ship internationally (you too Canada). This is not because we don’t love our international friends, it is due to a lot of legal mumbo jumbo and contracts with our vendors that prohibit us from shipping products outside of the U.S. However, if you have specific questions regarding international sales and shipping please contact us at 603-624-2090.
