Online Order pickup

When ordering products online from Ken Jones Ski Mart you will be able to select 3 different options to receive your product. One of these options is for a curbside pick-up.

In Store Pick Up Information:

Go through the checkout process on our online store and in the shipping box please check In Store Pick Up.
Please wait for an email that states your order is ready for pick up before driving to the store.
Once you arrive at the store please go through the sliding door under the blue awning and walk upstairs to the main checkout counter.
Once at this point please let an associate know you are here to pick up an online order.
An Associate will ask for your order number and the last name on the order.
The Staff will then go get you your order from our holding room.
After you get your online ordered products from a staff member you are free to shop for other products in our store or head for the mountains with your new gear.

Curbside Pick Up information:

Go through the checkout process on our online store and in the shipping box please check Curbside Pick Up.
Please wait for an email that states your order is ready for pick up before driving to the store.
Once you arrive at the store please call Ken Jones Ski Mart at 603-624-2090 and press 9 to speak with an associate.
Tell the associate that you are in the parking lot and here to pick up an order via curbside pickup.
The Staff member will ask you for your order number, last name, as well as your car make, and color.
The staff will then find your order in our holding room and deliver your order to your car.
